Designed in collaboration with the children of Cedars Academy

North Star was inspired by ideas of the urban and natural elements that can be found near the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, with references to architecture and bridges, water and sky, animals and habitats. The design was created in collaboration with children from The Cedars Academy as part of the BALTIC Stars programme, which is sponsored by North Standard. North Star reflects the North Standard motto “Taking on tomorrow, together” through the use of geometric forms and symbols of communal fauna.
